Car boot market | Lesturgeonplein Vledder

The Kofferbakmarkt Vledder which is organised by 'Volunteers help volunteers' is held during spring, summer and autumn. The first market was held in 2008 and since then the Car boot market has grown into a big and pleasant success with often more than 100 cars.

The aim of this market is to raise as much money as possible to financially support local initiatives. Proceeds from all markets go to associations in Vledder and Vledderveen. This way, the voluntary work done by many organisations can be given a helping hand financially.

Have you finished spring cleaning? Turn your boot into a shop on wheels! Keep it simple: no trailers or market stalls, just your car and your merchandise. For just €5 per car, you can be at the region's best market. No need to make reservations, just report to the market warden on arrival (from 7am) for a spot. The market is open to visitors from 9am-1pm. Just remember: full is really full. Participation is at your own risk and you remain responsible for your belongings.
