In spring, many new edible wild plants sprout again. Dandelion, nettle, dog turf and plantain prove to be healthy ingredients for a delicious meal. But the young leaves of oak, birch and beech can also enrich your salad. You will never look at the forest, the verge, the field and your backyard the same way again.

Dandelion leaves and newly sprouting nettles and sorrel prove to be valuable and healthy plants for humans and animals. Learn from wild picking guides Leah Groeneweg and Tim Horneman of In Het Wilde which plants are edible, how to pick them respectfully and how to use them.
