Passionate Music Weekend in Diever 30–31 October, 1 November – 2026

From 30 October to 1 November 2026, Diever will be all about music during the Passionate Diever Music Weekend. At various venues in and around the village, there will be performances, live bands, solo artists, party bands, children’s activities, music quizzes and musical lunches and dinners.

Test your music knowledge during the ‘Passion for Music’ quiz at Fredgie’s.

FRIDAY 30 OCTOBER

Feestband Van geeft 'm and Jeremy’s Platenkoffer

On Friday afternoon, the music weekend kicks off at ‘t Keernpunt with a cosy Friday afternoon drinks get-together, complete with musical entertainment.

Time: 4.00 pm – 9.00 pm

Acoustic music by Marco Boonstra (Émbé)

Enjoy an atmospheric evening with acoustic music by Marco Boonstra (Émbé).

The evening consists of:

• Beer & Food
• 5-course dinner
• Acoustic music

This will be followed by an after-party with Marco Boonstra at Fredgie’s.

Haagse Roots

A special evening with Haagse Roots, an all-round tribute band covering bands from The Hague and around the world.

SATURDAY 31 OCTOBER

Shanty Choir De Stuwzangers

The shanty choir De Stuwzangers will be performing at Jan Thijs Seinenhof.

Presented by 't Keernpunt/Brinkzicht.

Open to all: 3.00 pm – 4.30 pm

Dance workshop with Marit

A fun dance workshop for children.

For children aged 8 and over
Time: 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm

Following on from this:

For pupils in Years 7/8 and the first year of secondary school.

Time: 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm

Cécé Live

Cécé Live offers an atmospheric blend of timeless jazz, soul and easy listening.

The evening consists of:

• 3-course meal
• 3 appetisers
• 3 drinks
• 3 x 45 minutes of live music

Gimme Shelter – Stripped

A Dutch Rolling Stones tribute band will be putting on a special stripped-down performance.

Admission = a donation into the collection pot

KaramBAM + Thomas Karst

KaramBAM will be performing on stage, with Thomas Karst appearing during the interval. There will also be a party band and some lovely musical accompaniment.

Hans & Anne Invernizzi

A musical lunch featuring a mix of well-known pop, rock, country and Dutch-language hits.

Featuring Martin van Waveren, Gideon, Evening Stars, Willem Spans, Jorieke Sterken and Harten 10.

A varied musical afternoon featuring a range of artists and performances.

During the Passionate Diever Music Weekend, a variety of musical styles and artists come together at various venues in Diever. From acoustic music, jazz, soul and country to party bands, tribute bands, shanty music and Dutch-language hits.

There are also special activities for children and young people, making the music weekend suitable for all ages.
